Management Team

Haitham Khouri is the Chief Executive Officer for Perimeter Solutions. He joined the company in 2021, upon its acquisition by EverArc Holdings, and previously served as Perimeter’s Vice Chairman. Haitham is a founder of EverArc Holdings, and has more than 15 years of experience as an investor in private and public companies, starting his career as an analyst at JP Morgan. Haitham earned a BA in Economics from Cornell University and an MBA with Distinction from Harvard Business School.

Edward (Eddie) Goldberg is the Vice Chairman for Perimeter Solutions. He brings more than 18 years of executive leadership to fire safety products and operations. Before joining Perimeter Solutions, Eddie was Business Director for ICL Performance Additives and Solutions, where he held general management responsibility for the company’s global fire safety segment. Eddie is credited with building ICL’s global fire safety business, focusing on products for wildland fire management and municipal and industrial fire suppression. Eddie holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from Cornell University.

Noriko (Nori) Yokozuka is General Counsel, Corporate Secretary and Compliance Officer for Perimeter Solutions. Prior to joining Perimeter Solutions, Nori served as General Counsel for ICL Americas. She previously worked as in-house counsel for a healthcare venture capital firm and family office in New York. Nori started her career with the Investment Management and Corporate groups at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom. Nori received her law degree from the University of Virginia – School of Law and her undergraduate degree from Yale University.

Jeff Emery joined Perimeter Solutions in 2022 as the President of Global Fire Safety, after serving as the Vice President and General Manager of Industrial Automation for the Americas at Norgren. Prior to that, he spent 10 years with Scott Safety, a global leader in high performance safety equipment for firefighters, military personnel and industrial workers. Following 3M's acquisition of Scott Safety, Jeff led the global business unit within 3M through a period of significant growth and business integration. Earlier in his career, Jeff held commercial and general management roles within Honeywell’s Aerospace and Specialty Materials Divisions. He earned his BA in Psychology from Augustana (IL) College, and his MBA from University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign.

Stephen (Steve) Cornwall is the Chief Commercial Officer for Perimeter Solutions. He has over 27 years in the chemical industry, from Monsanto to Perimeter Solutions, in various sales and marketing management positions focused on the phosphorus and derivatives product lines. Steve is the past president of the Chemical Club of New England and the Racemics Group, as well as the past chairman and a board member of the Chemical Educational Foundation. He is also the 2012 recipient of the supplier of the year award from the National Association of Chemical Distributors.

Melissa is the Director of R&D and New Business Development for Perimeter Solutions. Prior to joining Perimeter Solutions, Melissa served as the Global R&D Director for ICL Performance Products, Fire Safety Division. She has been developing fire safety products since 2004 and is responsible for product development worldwide. She provides assistance to all areas of the Fire Safety business ensuring product quality and technical support. Melissa holds a BS in Biological Sciences from the University of California, Irvine.
